Our phone consultation is the first step in learning more about each other and determining if we are a good fit in order to schedule an in-person consultation. While on the phone our desire is to learn more about your project, hear about your priorities, timeline, wish-list, and budget.
IN-PERSON CONSULTATION
The next step is to schedule a site visit with all the decision makers and look at your outdoor space together. This meeting will give us a better understanding of the project and scope of work. We will address sun exposure, and discover areas to focus on. We will discuss the vision and hope for the project, including addressing drainage issues, creating outdoor living spaces, and buttoning up the property. We will ask meaningful questions to better understand the use of the space, goals, and priorities.
DESIGN AND ESTIMATE
Creating a custom design is a collaborative process and we desire to receive as much input as possible. Knowing our potential client’s style, what speaks to them, and life stage is of the utmost importance to produce a plan that is both functional and stunningly beautiful. Once we have received the necessary information, we will submit our recommendations along with an estimate for approval.
INSTALLATION
Upon receipt of signed estimate and deposit, we will add the project to our first available installation date and begin ordering materials. Thanks to years of forging great relationships with vendors and suppliers, Blooming Vistas has access to exquisite materials. As with many other industries, Covid-19 continues to cause delivery delays and supply chain issues. We will maintain ongoing communication and guide our clients in selecting the best, most readily available material.
COMPLETION
This is the most visually satisfying part of the project and the beginning of endless memories and enjoyment.
