Blooming Vistas was excellent!! We used Noemi to redo our front beds and extend them. She worked with our budget and exceeded our expectations. She also was great and coming back and checking up on things and letting us know what we needed to do to make sure our new garden flourished.  She is excellent and we will be using her in the future as we work on the rest of the yard.
